Adults Classes

Dance Classes
Our Dance Classes are a great place to start dance for the first time or re-join dance.

Our styles offered include Jazz and Hip Hop!
Aerial Classes
Choose your apparatus or try them all! Our studio offers Beginner and Intermediate classes in Silks, Lyra and Trapeze.

We suggest attending a beginner class for your first lesson and chatting with your instructor about the best class for you.
Private Lessons
Wanting some more individual assistance? Book a private lesson with any of our instructors!

These 30minute sessions can be your goal focused or teacher led. Work on skills, technique, strength or flecibility - or all of the above!
